Refund and Returns Policy

At IWC Class, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our simple and straightforward refund and return policy.

1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including all tags, manuals, and accessories.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may only be eligible for partial refunds or not eligible for a refund at all.

2. Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as “final sale”
  • Custom or personalized items

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Exchanges

6. Shipping for Returns

To return your product, you should mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was defective or we made an error in the order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise agreed.

For exchanges or replacements due to defective items or errors, we will cover the shipping costs.
